Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in promoting professional services to Indian entrepreneurs looking to establish or expand businesses in the USA. Your role will be instrumental in generating leads, forging partnerships, and converting prospects into loyal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments, particularly Indian entrepreneurs targeting U.S. markets.
- Promote and sell consultancy services including:
- USA Business Formation & Set-Up
- Foreign and International Taxation
- FBAR/FATCA Compliance
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Internal Audits & Business Advisory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals — ensuring revenue growth.
- Represent the firm at networking events, expos, webinars, and client meetings.
- Traveling may be required for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in consultancy, legal, financial, or business services industries.
- Strong understanding of USA business formation processes, foreign and international taxation, and compliance services is preferred.
- Familiarity with business regulations for Indian entrepreneurs expanding internationally is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
