Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a talent for managing international client relations. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project teams, supporting and executing project plans, and ensuring seamless client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle international clients and build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in project management or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. accounting.
- Strong command of QuickBooks and sound knowledge of U.S. accounting principles.
- Good understanding of U.S. business tax returns (S-Corp, C-Corp, LLC) to ensure proper
- year-end entries and reconciliation with financials.
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high client volume with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
